      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Influence business and product strategy through data-driven insights
      - Analyze customer service data to implement effective business practices
      - Develop and present compelling visualizations and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
      - Design dashboards and reports for partner teams using Looker
      - Assist in building and refining analytical models to support business decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, behavioral sciences, or a similar quantitative field
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally as an analyst in the customer care sector
      - Proficient in SQL with the ability to work with large, complex datasets
      - Strong business judgment, entrepreneurial drive, and attention to detail
      - Ability to balance multiple priorities effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Looker, Excel, Tableau, or other BI tools
      - Familiarity with subscription business models, marketing-driven businesses, and web analytics
