      Job Summary:
      The BI Developer will be a member of the Aveanna BI team developing and supporting Tableau visualizations and dashboards. This person will work closely with the Lead BI Developer supporting Aveanna's BI Initiatives.

      Responsibilities:

      • Design and create dashboards and visualizations for Aveanna Healthcare business users
      • Consult with business users to provide recommendations on the best ways to represent and view data
      • Provide support for the underlying technical aspects of Tableau server including administration and tuning
      • Collaborate with the Data Architect to make sure that data is available and structured in an optimal way
      • Coach departmental power-users for BI self-service
      • Participate in testing efforts to maintain quality
      • Prototype new visualizations to demonstrate new ways to analyze data
      • Participate in the upgrades of Tableau server
      • Provide support to Aveanna HealthCare's end-user community

      Qualifications:

      • 2+ years experience as a Tableau developer creating visualizations
      • Strong SQL skills
      • Well versed in dimensional data modelling
      • Works well with a team
      • Strong verbal and written communication
      • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
      • Ability to be given an idea for a dashboard and then develop a working prototype
      • Comfortable sharing and presenting ideas at a whiteboard
      • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
      • Ability to work independently

      Nice to have:

      • Experience with healthcare data
      • Experience as an administrator of Tableau server

      Education:
      Requires BA/BS degree or technical institute training
