What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop reports using various BI applications such as Epic Cogito Tools, SAP Business Objects toolset, Cognos, and Tableau
- Proficiently work with MS SQL Server, including the development and management of T-SQL scripts and stored procedures
- Analyze and understand various data models in depth and proactively define data structures additions to improve performance or add value
- Develop, distribute, and provide support for reports and dashboards in a timely manner
- Manage and monitor scheduled execution of routine processes and reports, diagnosing and fixing any report-related issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar discipline required
- Minimum of five (5) years of proven business analysis experience with work in a data analytics/data warehouse role and with business process re-engineering and architecture required
- Solid MS SQL experience (T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, ETL, etc.) and Microsoft BI Suite (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS) required
- Experience developing reports/dashboards with any BI application such as Epic Cogito, Crystal reports, Cognos, Tableau, etc. required
- Ability to take large data sets and summarize down to actionable levels, turning analysis into answers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with healthcare industry data
- Preferred experience with healthcare EHR systems, ideally Epic
