      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide complex analytical support for payor and provider contract negotiations
      - Develop innovative reimbursement models for hospitals and physicians
      - Assist the Director of Contracting and executive leadership in decision-making processes
      - Participate in negotiations and coordinate with health plans, vendors, and internal departments
      - Ensure the integrity and effectiveness of financial models and data used in negotiations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in contracting for a health plan, medical group, or hospital
      - Strong financial, analytical, and planning skills
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
      - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in an academic medical setting
      - Knowledge of university and medical center policies and procedures
