• a university degree or MBA of a leading university.
• 3-5 years experience from a similar role in financial services or from one of the top tier strategy consulting firms with an eye on your next career move
• Sharp analytical and problem solving skills
• A self-driven and autonomous workstyle
• Ability to think "out of the box", which often can be contrary to popular, accepted thinking
• Agile thinker and familiarity with agile working
• Good communication skills both in German and English and you are comfortable in interacting with all levels of seniority
