What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Launch tests and analyze results to develop a best-in-class user experience
- Become an expert on the e-commerce marketplace and competitor offerings
- Own daily setting and monitoring of KPIs, requiring strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Gather and analyze data to understand user shopping journeys and identify pain points
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to bring new products to life

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
- At least 1 year of experience in analysis
- Strong SQL/data analysis skills
- Ability to take personal responsibility for productivity and results in team settings
- Passion for improving product development processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Business or a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, or Engineering
- 1+ years of experience in statistical model building
- 1+ years of experience in market research
- 1+ years of experience in SQL querying
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis
