      About the position

      We are seeking a motivated, self-starting Business Manager to lead and drive business process efficiencies across the organization. The selected candidate will lead the back-office financial and operational support staff that supports business functions including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, subcontracting, etc. This role will conduct monthly financial modeling and analysis of branch metrics, including revenue projections, warranty expenditures and branch concessions, and participate with management to execute process improvement initiates to improve on those metrics.

      • Outstanding leadership skills and experience with change management
      • Excellent organizational and communication skills and financial acumen
      • Ability to foster change and promote continuous improvement in financial analysis, reporting and process.
      • Meet with key stakeholders to communicate issues and decisions openly.
      • Lead key financial milestone deliverables and present in monthly review with key stakeholders.
      • Forecast, monitor, and document financial performance against the plan.
      • Partner with key stakeholders within the organization to develop and execute a strategic plan to drive market growth in the assigned area based on revenue and EBIT plans.
      • Ability to use & train others to use toolsets applicable to the business.
      • Able to communicate & present effectively with senior/executive leadership.
      • Experience in forecasting and variance analysis with a competent understanding of financial and accounting principles.
      • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
      • Strong analytical skills and interpretation of developing financial modeling.
      • Customer-centric mindset to ensure customer satisfaction by on-time performance and delivery to customer commitments.


      Required Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s Degree
      • 5+ years work experience in financial reporting and analysis
      • 3+ years people management experience
      • 2+ years of managing a P&L portfolio of $10 million+

      Preferred Qualification

      • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Finance or Accounting.
      • HVAC industry experience.
      • Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics (MSD), SAP and Ariba experience.
      • Proactive and able to balance multiple priorities.
      • Excellent communication, both written and oral.
      • Able to build strong relationships across function.
      • Demonstrated successful business process management experience.
      • Strive for excellence, motivated, self-directed, and passionate.
      • Ability to work and adapt in a dynamic evolving work environment.
      • High interest in innovation tools, techniques, processes, and products.
      • Motivated to learn and continuously grow your leadership skills.
