      What is the Opportunity?
      As a part of the Technology & Operations Chief Operating Office (T&O COO Office), you will be leading the financial and risk management function - with a focus on reporting automation, operational improvements, and streamlining processes to support strategic enablement. This role combines financial, operational and data expertise which will support high-impact initiatives for the Technology & Operations Senior Leadership Team. You will be liaising with cross-functional lines-of-business such as Finance, HR, and Operations to drive improved routines, cadences and internal controls from an automation and financial management perspective.

      What will you do?

      • Lead Business Management and Enablement initiatives across the Transformation & Chief Operating Office - including horizontal strategic enablement, financial management and risk management while partnering with key stakeholders to create accountability and drive business outcomes.

      • Lead the annual business management planning process, including partnering closely with Finance to build-out operational forecasts and financial models.

      • Cultivate key-partnerships with T&O COO Office Senior Leadership Team to underpin strategic decision-making across each line-of-business, translating strategy into reporting metrics.

      • Prepare executive reporting materials for the T&O COO Office senior leadership team - creating clear and data-backed briefings, dashboards, and updates to support strategic initiatives.

      • Maintain and monitor the financial management systems; including variance analysis, decomposition of Technology & Operations financial frameworks, trend analysis to provide value-add support and supporting the Senior Leadership Team through monthly financial reviews.

      • Drive efficiencies through automation of processes to improve operational efficiency; continuously enhance reporting processes to ensure timely and insightful reporting of financial information.

      • Support other functional groups, such as Finance, HR, and Operations, in fulfilling their reporting requirements by filling out relevant templates and providing adequate back up.

      • Identify, recommend, and monitor key cost drivers and recommend cost opportunities to senior management.

      • Ensure cost profiles across distinct lines-of-businesses are accurate and reported with transparency and completeness.

      • Build operational guide documents to strengthen internal documentation.

      What do you need to succeed?

      • 5+ Years of Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis experience.

      • Experience maintaining dashboards and automation tools such as VBA, Macros, PowerBI or Tableau.

      • Excellent communication skills, both oral & written, with strong interpersonal skills in-order-to establish key partnerships with senior leaders across the enterprise.

      • Proven ability to operate at the intersection of business strategy and financial control.

      • Experience in developing and communicating metrics, KPIs and cost/value drivers to support strategic initiatives.

      • Proactive problem-solving and collaborative skills.

      • Strong understanding of management reporting best practices.

      • Experience with enterprise financial systems such as EPM, or similar reporting tools.

      • Proven track record of leading operational enhancement projects.

      • Self-starter approach to problem solving and ability to actively prioritize asks from business partners.

      • Knowledge of design, development, and implementation to create efficiencies within current processes.

      Must have:

      • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

      • Familiarity with enterprise tools such as: EPM, PowerBI, Tableau preferred

      • Strong analytical, Finance, Data, Operational and Technology expertise.

      • Undergraduate, MBA or any type of Master’s Degree preferred.
