      As a Business Manager, you’ll play an integral part of the operation of the House of Brands and will report directly to the Jaguar Managing Director.

      This role will support them and their team in all Business Management activities, leading and overseeing activities across the department with the aim of achieving all operational and strategic objectives. With business-wide exposure, this role will develop relationships with a wide range of stakeholders internally within the Commercial Organisation (including fellow Business Managers), as well as liaising with other Business Functions across JLR.

      Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

      • Lead business management activities and related projects across the department in support of the Managing Director and their first line
      • Lead on objectives setting and co-ordination across the first line, ensuring delivery of the Commercial strategic objectives is supported
      • Plan and facilitate all Jaguar leadership team off-sites
      • Oversee information requests from different parts of the business
      • Maintain overall governance of internal Jaguar governance forums. Plan and facilitate meetings, take minutes and follow-up on agreed actions
      • Coordinate presentation material creation for non-exec and board level forums including plc Board and the Jaguar / JEA QBR sign-off
      • Coordinate regular input to Risk Management Committee and support pre-alignment with relevant board members
      • Collaborate with all brand teams to understand operational and strategic priorities, defining where and when topics need to be reviewed for effective progress
      • Act as the primary contact point for all property related topics, responsible for ensuring the office environment (design studio) is equipped, maintained and secure
      • Refine and execute the long term property strategy for the Jaguar and JEA teams
      • Act as a guide on adherence to compliance of regulatory, audit or corporate processes across the department
      • Plan and facilitate Jaguar all-hands events.
      • Deliver effective communications to the Jaguar HoB team and wider Jaguar programme.
      • Support delivery of quarterly Jaguar immersion events, including design asset viewing.
      • Collaborate with the Jaguar HRBP and first line to improve departmental e-NPS and PULSE scores.
      • Support Early Careers (graduate and undergraduate) placement allocation within the team.

      WHAT YOU’LL NEED

      As the Business Manager, you’ll need the following knowledge, skills and experience:

      • Strong commercial business acumen
      • Detailed knowledge of Project management and Change management
      • Experience in setting up, coordinating and running complex Governance forums
      • Analytical mindset
      • Experience of managing complex projects
      • Strong sense for leadership and team dynamics
      • Strong track record of successful Stakeholder Management, specifically the ability to confidently advise and influence senior stakeholders
      • Evidence of leadership ability and interpersonal skills
      • Very strong in MS Office suite: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
      • Working knowledge and experience of key business systems and processes
      • Experience working in Agile is desirable
