What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in BOM orientation, onboarding, and ongoing training
- Communicate with CHRO regarding community issues and updates
- Assist in audits of communities and ensure compliance with ADP Workforce Now and Relias Learning System
- Process new hire paperwork and conduct new hire orientation
- Maintain state registration and inspection forms and reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- AA Degree preferred in accounting or business, or equivalent experience
- Three plus years' experience in Accounts Payable/Receivables and Human Resources/Benefits administration
- Proficiency in accounting software programs and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 25lbs
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to travel to communities on a regular basis, including overnight stays
