What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and maintain a comprehensive contract management system, tracking contracts, terms, and expiration dates
- Review, analyze, and negotiate various contractual agreements with external vendors
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on contract terms and budget approval
- Monitor contract renewal dates and manage contract amendments, extensions, and terminations
- Provide regular reporting on contract renewals and current contract status
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in business administration, finance, or 5+ years of equivalent experience in a related field
- Experience managing 50+ vendor contracts annually
- Budget management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills

- Experience working within a complex organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
