      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, produce, and analyze customer operations data to support business operations
      - Create and maintain reports for operational processes and special projects
      - Utilize various applications and analytical tools to monitor and analyze information
      - Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of information systems
      - Train others by creating job aids, policies, and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three years of related experience in operations, information technology, and reporting
      - Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills for producing operational reports
      - Proven ability to translate business needs into clear technical or functional requirements
      - High attention to detail with a demonstrated focus on accuracy
      - Experience in creating training materials and teaching others

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, preferably Icertis
      - Understanding of end-to-end business processes and supporting process improvement efforts
      - Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Apps
      - Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
      - Strong structured problem-solving skills in a complex operational environment
