- Provide proactive administrative support to the Aortic Operating Unit Leaders including preparing communications, scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences and travel (regional and international).
- Lead projects, involving multiple stakeholders and work streams across Western Europe
- Organize complex meetings and events, for up to 200 people, onsite, virtual, and hybrid, demonstrating capability in video conferences, and a mastery of other technology as needed. Plan, prepare and coordinate special meetings including agendas, meeting materials, logistics, action items, travel and catering.
- Coordinate project activities by tracking budgets, creating purchase orders, conducting internal research, and assisting with the execution of team projects.
- Support Contract Management - you will be responsible for handling of agreements between Medtronic and Healthcare professionals, using special contract managements.
- Work independently, anticipating next steps, taking initiative, exercising discretion and sound judgment to ensure the leaders are well-prepared for all elements of their daily and weekly schedule. Demonstrate learning agility and be able to pivot to accomplish tasks and assignments quickly.
- Previous experience in an administrative, project coordination, or event management role.
- Project management skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated complex problem-solving skills, flexible and agile in a constantly changing environment.
- Fluent English (proficiency both verbal and written).
- MS Office – Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

A Day in the Life
In this role, you will provide expert and proficient support to the leadership team of Aortic Operating Unit in Western Europe Region. Independently perform complex and diverse administrative duties, managing projects, and organizing events while taking a proactive approach to anticipate and meet needs. Daily activities may include interaction with high-level contacts and exposure to sensitive information requiring considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.
To be successful in this role, you have affinity with administrative tasks, is proactive, energetic and driven to success, have excellent communication skills and ability to connect and build relationship with people, both colleagues and customers. Managing several tasks in fast paced environment, priorities and projects at once poses no problem for you.
