What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review key audit and exception reports weekly to ensure contract compliance, including revenue recognition
- Conduct operational audits to verify compliance with contract terms related to background checks, drug screening, and employment verification
- Upload signed contracts and their summary into a contract management system and CRM (Salesforce)
- Respond to contract inquiries from branch offices and manage contract requests for attorneys
- Identify, research, and report any deviations from established compliance standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
