Identify, validate, and coordinate innovative cross-functional revenue and performance driving initiatives

Use knowledge and data analysis to query data, develop strategic insights, challenge long-standing beliefs, drive step-change improvements, and anticipate future needs
Demonstrate a blend of business savvy and PM skills by translating objectives into action plans, and maintaining day-to-day oversight of workstreams
Build positive relationships, acquire commitment to results, and enforce accurate documentation
Champion the initiatives you are working on, cultivating confidence and passion for the vision with partners and impacted teams
Craft timely and accurate communications for business partners and senior leaders
5+ years of proven experience in strategy, business operations, analytics, sales and/or project management.
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
Track record of delivering results while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Aptitude and excitement for mapping process improvements and conceptualizing innovative solutions for ambiguous problems.
Collaborative work-style -- empowers leaders and partners to get results.
Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to anticipate downstream challenges.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Highly proficient in varying analytical and project management tools (Excel, SQL, Domo, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Tableau).

This individual will typically manage up to 3 initiatives in parallel, in addition to owning recurring programmatic responsibilities. An ideal candidate is a quick learner, sees around corners, possesses organizational expertise, is an excellent cross-functional communicator, and has a passion for building data driven solutions.
