      Minimum Qualifications:
      Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent and five years related experience.


      Job Summary:
      To assist the Department Administrator and Assistant Administrator in the overall management of the department. Coordinates and manages a variety of activities in support of the department with a focus upon staff coordination, policy and procedure development, strategic planning, and organizational analysis.


      Job Duties:

      • Financial and clinical reporting and analysis.
      • Account monitoring and reconciliation.
      • Assist in the development of budget and forecast planning.
      • Support the Department Chief in gathering the necessary analytical data needed to present departmental strategic goals to leadership for consideration.
      • Reconcile clinical FTE to provider's schedule to ensure compliance.
      • Work with clinic manager to increase patient access and flow.
      • Assist with clinical and research productivity.
      • Assist in answering faculty-related incentive plan questions.
      • Reconcile educational effort to actual and projections quarterly/annually.
      • HR support including SBARS and FWMs.
      • Policy interpretation.
      • Compliance communication and coordination.
      • Guide administrative staff and faculty on departmental expenses.
      • Work with institutional marketing to continue promoting all Pediatric Services, including the departmental website and social media.

      Salary Range:
      Commensurate with experience.
