- Financial and clinical reporting and analysis.
- Account monitoring and reconciliation.
- Assist in the development of budget and forecast planning.
- Support the Department Chief in gathering the necessary analytical data needed to present departmental strategic goals to leadership for consideration.
- Reconcile clinical FTE to provider's schedule to ensure compliance.
- Work with clinic manager to increase patient access and flow.
- Assist with clinical and research productivity.
- Assist in answering faculty-related incentive plan questions.
- Reconcile educational effort to actual and projections quarterly/annually.
- HR support including SBARS and FWMs.
- Policy interpretation.
- Compliance communication and coordination.
- Guide administrative staff and faculty on departmental expenses.
- Work with institutional marketing to continue promoting all Pediatric Services, including the departmental website and social media.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent and five years related experience.
Job Summary:
To assist the Department Administrator and Assistant Administrator in the overall management of the department. Coordinates and manages a variety of activities in support of the department with a focus upon staff coordination, policy and procedure development, strategic planning, and organizational analysis.
