  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Partner with external counsel and the Sales team to identify and mitigate business risks during contract reviews
  - Maintain and update contract templates, terms of service, privacy policies, and related documents
  - Improve and maintain systems that support commercial operations, including contract management
  - Drive compliance enhancement projects to reduce risk and expand service capabilities
  - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external experts to facilitate effective decision-making
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Background in generalist business (e.g., consulting, operations) or legal fields
  - Strong analytical and verbal reasoning skills with the ability to work through complex problems
  - Proficiency in working with numbers and a willingness to learn financial concepts
  - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion
  - Demonstrated sound judgment and ownership in fast-paced environments
