      If you have proven experience launching successful software products in dynamic, consumer-facing companies, passion for improving people’s financial lives, the ability to craft and deliver creative solutions to challenging (but exciting) customer problems, then we are looking for you!

      JPMorgan Chase is building a modernized Global Banking Platform (GBP) designed to drive more and faster innovation to meet customers’ changing needs now and in the future. Operations 2.0 will enable those new products and provide opportunities to make end to end improvements to operational journeys ‘while the hood is open.’ This effort will involve close partnership between the Business, Operations and Technology. It will be driven out of the $9 trillion Consumer & Community Bank and involve coordination across and ultimately impact all lines of business including the Corporate & Investment Bank, Commercial Bank and Asset & Wealth Management.

      This role will work with the operations, technology and product to help execute the long-term strategy while identifying solutions ready for today.

      Key responsibilities will include the following:

      • Ensuring Operations and partners are kept informed on strategic direction, and proactively aware of key deliverables
      • Implement a stakeholder communication and change management plan
      • Supports and lead strategic projects/programs centered on operational improvements
      • Be the subject matter expert in Operations 2.0, promoting a consistent brand for the Program
      • Back-up support for business management activities
        • Executive Monthly Report for Operations product and portfolio
        • Monthly Business Reviews
        • Town Hall structure and content strategy
        • Additional executive forums
        • Financial and Performance reporting

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • 5+ years of relevant experience in Operations / Product Development in Agile / Scrum team environments within Financial Services or Technology firms
      • Proven experience influencing senior leadership as well as framing discussions through clear and articulate verbal and written communications.
      • Ability to convert high level and complex concepts into simplified visualizations and tangible presentation materials
      • Self-starter, quick learner with exceptional attention to detail and quality results; Contribute to building a high-performing and inclusive culture
      • Must have the ability to create and maintain SharePoint, Confluence and MS Team sites
      • Ability to document both business and technical needs including application dependencies and flows
      • Ability to toggle across executive leadership, design strategy, hands-on backlog refinement and execution; Able to work with cross-functional teams like Product Management, Operations, and Technology

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required (advanced degree/MBA preferred)
      • Experience in delivering end-to-end Business, Operations and/or Technology products; working with business owners and development teams to document operational readiness
      • Advanced PowerPoint (Pitch Pro+), Tableau, Confluence ~Preferred
      • SharePoint skills. HTML, CSS, JavaScript ~Preferred
