      IDC is lookig for a Fulfillment Operations Specialist (Temporary Contractor).

      The Fulfillment Operations Specialist will support the high-volume, time-sensitive product fulfillment process within the Technology & IT Business Operations team.

      This role is central to maintaining business continuity, especially during peak cycles like month end, quarter end, and the year end renewal period. The department is the backbone of IDC's delivery operations, responsible for ensuring accurate, timely execution of client-facing deliverables driven by contract commitments. What makes this opportunity exciting and challenging is the balance of precision and urgency of customer requests.

      Responsibilities

      Execute daily product fulfillment tasks across various enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Aurora, and IDC.com) with a high degree of accuracy.

      Update and synchronize data across multiple customer account groups, ensuring consistency in product deployment.

      Qualifications

      • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations, order fulfillment, or enterprise data input roles; experience in B2B environments preferred
      • Technical Skills: Familiarity in Salesforce and order management tools. Strong Microsoft Excel and data input skills
      • Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work under deadline pressure, process-oriented mindset, and high adaptability in fast-changing environments.
      • 100% Remote. No Travel.
