Job Description

- Assist in formulating and developing new or modified solutions to business issues to support program performance as measured by effectiveness and efficiency.
- Compile and manage company capabilities documentations.
- Utilize data modeling techniques and advanced Excel skills to manipulate large data sets for models, charts, graphs, and dashboards that effectively communicate complex data sets to business stakeholders.
- Develop presentations, reports, and various metrics on budget status, workforce level, and other company capabilities.
- Provide meaningful insights related to Operations and Programs, including labor utilization, patterns, trends, and areas of improvement.
- Evaluate existing operational processes, identify inefficiencies, propose and implement Standard Operating Procedures.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather data, understand requirements, and develop solutions for operational challenges
- Develop informative documents on internal resources and capabilities.
- Develop, manage, and maintain Sharepoint initiatives for Operations and Programs
- Manage and submit various weekly and monthly forecasting reports related to manpower planning, manning graphs, and labor dashboards.
- Other duties and special projects as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline OR associate’s degree in business or related discipline with two+ years of related work experience, OR four years of related work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficient in data analysis tools, techniques, and software, including advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools
- Experience in capacity planning
- Proficient in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Attention to detail, and proven problem solving abilities
- Time management: Ability to work condensed schedules and meet handoffs/deadlines
