- Prepare and develop CTO presentations for the board of directors, and other management meetings.
- Prepare and develop content for newsletters and articles
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for PT&I and report on them monthly
- Track PT&I action items, ensuring owners are completing tasks in a timely manner
- Manage critical cross-team business priorities and operational processes to ensure seamless integration between sales, operations, and marketing.
- Support the CTO by leading the development of strategic meeting agendas and cadences, including weekly leadership meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Manage special projects, often involving cross-functional teams, to address critical business needs or opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years proven experience in sales operations, marketing, or supporting senior executives.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills, with demonstrated experience developing presentations for C-Suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in developing and managing operational cadences, including business reviews and leadership meetings.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Overview
How you can make a difference
The Business Optimization, SR. Manager is responsible for a wide range of functions. This role focuses on driving efficiency and effectiveness across both Product, Technology and IT (PT&I) while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This role will report to the PT&I Operations business unit and support the CTO in executing key initiatives, managing operational cadence, and leading special projects.

Salary Range
$127000.00 To $137,000.00 / yearBenefits & Perks
The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. This position will be eligible for performance-based incentives as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits including:
