      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct and document current-state business processes and workflows
      - Facilitate and document requirements gathering sessions
      - Develop and maintain process inventories, traceability matrices, and structured deliverables
      - Support procurement preparation and vendor evaluation materials
      - Assist with stakeholder interviews, workshop coordination, and readiness assessments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3–7 years of experience in business analysis, process documentation, or ERP-related support
      - Strong documentation and analytical skills
      - Experience supporting stakeholder workshops or interviews
      - Higher education or public-sector experience
      - Familiarity with ERP or large system transformation projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a consulting environment
      - Knowledge of best practices in business process analysis and documentation
      - Advanced degree in relevant field or certifications related to business analysis or ERP systems
