What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the management of User Support Service Desk and evaluate service desk requests for operational issues
- Translate enhancement requests into requirements and collaborate with Operations leadership on productivity issues
- Monitor GDS requirements and technical issues related to quality control systems
- Participate in client implementations and operational meetings, providing insights on quality control processes
- Work with the Education and Training team to ensure proper training on GDS products and tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel operations and/or the travel industry
- Competence with technical environments and reservation products related to corporate travel
- Practical expertise in at least two of the following GDS: Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport Plus/Galileo
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Familiarity with automation/script programming across GDS and systems
- Proven critical thinking skills and ability to maintain accuracy in tasks
