We enable organizational efficiency and manage risk through efficient architecture and business processes.
We enable functional architecture ecosystem, integrating business capability model, technology stack, GRC process and controls, and data.
We are the centralized source of record for Single-Family business process models providing visual representation and drive common alignment to enable better decision-making.
Understand Single-Family business needs as well as the full ecosystem of capabilities provided by Single-Family digital products.
Support providing a deep understanding of the current state functional capabilities with a future state vision for Single-Family digital applications and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve data-driven solutions by using existing enterprise metadata tools.
Support functional capability optimization & modernization opportunities based on the future direction of the business.
Responsible for developing current/future state business processes to support business strategy and prepare for business readiness of the process and technology change management efforts.
Work with Business Subject Matter Experts, development, operations, and other IT and business areas as appropriate throughout the project cycle to document the process flows.
Ability to link business strategy with impacted business processes and system technologies with maintaining clarity of those linkages throughout the project life cycle.
Manage risk by accounting for upstream & downstream functional impacts in the design.
Recommend solutions, process modeling standards and best practices on all aspects of the project life cycle.
Develop resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of ingenuity, creativity, and independent research.
Provide thoughtful input around implementing data quality and governance strategies.
Partner with Product Owner and development teams to develop strategies to optimize capability delivery over time.
Be a trusted advisor and form relationships in support of communicating, documenting, and understanding the blast radius of technology change.
Collaborate with Data teams to remain current in understanding of the data strategy, governance, and architecture.
Support Digital Product Owners in the creation of the product roadmaps, collaborating with the Solution Architects and Technical Leads on the assessment of the technical challenges.
Typically have 8-10 years related experience.
Bachelor's degree in business information technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field.
Deep and extensive knowledge of Freddie Mac business and Single-Family systems.
Project Management experience preferred.
Functional Architecture experience preferred.
BPM/Six Sigma Certification is a plus.
Experience with systems level architectures and interactions.
Knowledgeable on the product-level documentation.
Strong facilitation, consultation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence.
Adaptability to changing priorities in support of business needs.
Guide and consult with leadership with an eye for cross-divisional standardization.
Ability to work and collaborate within and across different teams.
Ability to develop mutually beneficial relationships inside and outside the department.
Deep curiosity and self-motivating to quickly learn about SF Business, systems, and data architecture.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $112,000 - $168,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.About the company
