What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Practice Operations and Revenue Cycle leadership to implement change management initiatives
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and training sessions for diverse audiences
- Engage in onsite visits to resolve complex workflow challenges across various locations
- Collaborate with corporate teams to drive innovation in operational transformation
- Develop and publish workflow documentation, including reference guides and standard operating procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience leading projects and collaborating with stakeholders
- Subject matter expertise in Revenue Cycle Operations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Athena IDX (Centricity Business) and Centricity Practice (G4)
- Familiarity with iKnowMed (G2)
- Six Sigma Certification
- Project Management experience
- A consulting and project management mindset
