What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between the customer and the technical team during the deployment of ServiceNow projects
- Conduct demos and working sessions with clients to gather requirements
- Identify gaps or weaknesses in customer processes and draft Agile stories from business requirements
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Organizational Change Management (OCM)
- Explain industry and ServiceNow best practices to clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/military experience
- 4-6 years of experience as a Business Process Consultant or Business Analyst
- Experience gathering business requirements for ServiceNow configuration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ServiceNow System Admin Certification and experience as a ServiceNow administrator

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ITIL certification
- Additional ServiceNow Certifications
