Process Owner for the Lead to Opportunity Business process, managing the end-to-end sales process across all Regions.
Mapping and documenting As-Is and To-Be processes, primarily covering Global Sales processes (Lead to Opportunity and Opportunity to Order).
Identifying and documenting blockers and enablers for enhancing and standardizing the sales processes.
Understanding the bigger picture of the downstream processes to improve and simplify the global sales processes.
Involving stakeholders across the organisation to facilitate visibility and drive implementation of change.
Together with the Sales Processes and Tools team, representing the sales organization as well as the Service Groups on the journey of making sales process simple and effective.
A strong background within sales in a manufacturing industry, preferably from the Aftermarket
A proved track record working with process optimization and implementation of global processes
Knowledge working with CRM solutions and supporting tools.
Focus on execution and have the drive to deliver results.
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a global and diverse organization.
Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and facilitation skills and the ability to maneuver at all levels of the organisation.

Business Process Manager
Make a difference as a Business Process manager driving the global standardization of our Sales processes.
Are you our new Business Process manager? Do you want to play an integral part of standardizing our sales processes, utilizing your skills for improving and designing processes, identifying the bottlenecks, fixing them, and implementing changes that drives efficiency, productivity and deliver increased value our customers?
You will join the Commercial Operations and Business Development team, reporting to the Head of Sales Processes and Tools, in the Mining Service Business Line organization. The team has a focus on standardizing global processes and to implement more efficient sales processes in the Aftermarket business. We are also supporting the 5 Service Group’s as well as the regional teams in the Service Business Line organisation, drive changes and enhancements that simplifies and makes our business processes more efficient.
