      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance for enterprise-level applications
      - Analyze business requirements to extract test requirements and develop effective test plans
      - Log and track defects to closure, ensuring thorough testing of system enhancements and fixes
      - Create and maintain UAT documentation and process workflows
      - Collaborate with project teams to identify risks early and improve processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum 2 years of User Acceptance testing experience for enterprise-level applications
      - 2+ years of experience in business process and data analysis
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Ability to work flexible hours during holidays and peak periods

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Medicare Part D and automation
      - Background in healthcare insurance or claims
      - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Access
      - Understanding of Claims Admin workflows and processes
