      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead cross-functional efforts to identify and execute strategies that enhance Financial Professionals' productivity
      - Collaborate with internal and external partners to assess current state and identify opportunities for improvement
      - Establish measures of success and priorities to drive new organizational productivity
      - Support the evolution of the Teaming Strategy by aligning resources and defining a roadmap for Team-based practices
      - Serve as a key partner for Financial Professional-focused initiatives and programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years in financial services, particularly in Career Agency Distribution
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
      - Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
      - Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, including leading process improvement projects
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in process improvement methodologies
      - Experience in leading Lean initiatives or Kaizen events
      - Background in coaching and developing advisors within an agency setting
