      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead cross-functional efforts to identify, prioritize, and execute strategies that enhance Financial Professional productivity
      - Collaborate with internal, field, and external partners to understand current states and areas of opportunity
      - Establish strategy, measures of success, and priorities to drive new organizational productivity
      - Support the evolution of the Teaming Strategy by measuring and tracking Team productivity
      - Serve as a key partner for various Financial Professional-focused initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in financial services
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
      - Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives to set strategic vision and drive execution
      - Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills demonstrated through Lean initiatives or process improvement projects
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience applying process improvement methodologies to drive measurable business outcomes; certification preferred but not required
      - A proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver impactful outcomes
