What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead cross-functional efforts to enhance Financial Professional productivity
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify opportunities for improvement
- Establish strategies and measures of success for new organizational productivity
- Support the evolution of team structures and productivity tracking
- Serve as a key partner for Financial Professional-focused initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in financial services, including 5+ years in Career Agency Distribution systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience applying process improvement methodologies; certification preferred
- Proactive and innovative mindset with a track record of delivering impactful outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize research into strategic solutions
