What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead cross-functional efforts to enhance Financial Professional productivity strategies
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify opportunities for improvement
- Establish strategy, measures of success, and priorities to drive new organization productivity
- Support the evolution of team structures and productivity tracking at the employer
- Serve as a key partner for various Financial Professional-focused initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in financial services, including 5+ years in Career Agency Distribution systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with process improvement methodologies; certification is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Lean initiatives, Kaizen events, or cross-functional process improvement projects
- Innovative mindset with a track record of delivering impactful outcomes through collaboration
