What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the structure of projects for the leadership team, translating priorities into executable plans and ensuring project closure
- Create content for high-impact executive presentations, board materials, and team meetings
- Analyze data to provide insights that support decision-making
- Assist senior leadership with special projects, content creation, and research
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and manage data security and systems access
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) or commensurate experience
- Minimum of 10+ years in a business analyst and/or project management or similar role in the financial services industry
- Demonstrated ability to create executive-level presentations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
