Job Description

- Send an alert, or communication, via email, text, or app to specific people impacted by an event such as a demonstration.
- Hold details of what to do in response to a situation including information on our sites, what is worked on in those sites, and who the right contacts are.
- Enable an effective and timely response, support notifications to appropriate stakeholders and provide a clear path to request immediate support when an event occurs.
- Providing administrative support to the team.
- Manage ad-hoc business requests.
- Monitoring and managing the team inbox.
- Management and maintenance of data.
- Write and maintain guides to support team processes and tools.
- Deliver training to the wider team.
- Support tool development projects and clean up processes.
- Our apprenticeship positions are designed to be an alternative to university education, therefore we are only seeking applications from people who have not already graduated from university with a degree.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Core project management skills (e.g., planning, prioritization and reporting.)
- Some experience with interpreting data.
- Remains calm under pressure with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to use all Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong prioritisation and time-management skills
- Salary: £19,700 p/a
- Contract Length: 18 months
- Start Date: March 2024
- Qualification: Level 3 Business Administration
- You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects.

- Stage 2: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a phone screening call with a member of our Early Talent team in January.
- Stage 3: Final stage interviews will take place in early-February.

Your New Role...
The Enterprise Business Resilience (EBR) program is designed to minimize and mitigate the impact of a crisis on our people, brand, and revenue by preparing for the worst-case scenario. We prepare for interruptions to essential business operations. We work closely with leadership and business unit experts to keep employees informed, businesses and productions up and running, and brands untarnished during crisis response and recovery.
You know how in movies when there's a big crisis, there’s always a plan to save the day? Well, we do something similar. Imagine our team as the people behind the scenes, working with the business to make sure everything runs smoothly. We support, develop, and maintain a range of tools that ensure the company can withstand and overcome unexpected challenges by planning, preparing, and coordinating responses to various disruptions, such as protests, power outages, severe weather, and all the worlds other surprises.
