      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the performance of business customer support specialists and ensure adherence to service standards
      - Handle complex customer complaints and make independent decisions to resolve issues
      - Assist in recruiting, training, and managing performance of new staff members
      - Monitor service trends and escalate issues to senior management as necessary
      - Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, policies, and compliance requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
      - Minimum of two years of experience in retail banking, customer service, and/or operations
      - Strong supervisory experience and service background required
      - Proven management skills and strong problem resolution capabilities
      - Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Call Center technologies and Microsoft applications
      - Advanced understanding of FIS Banking systems
