      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide analytical, administrative, and technical support for 911 operations and systems
      - Manage system operations, including CAD administration and telephony support
      - Develop and oversee schedules for emergency communications personnel
      - Conduct investigations into call handling issues and support quality assurance efforts
      - Create and deliver statistical reports on operational performance metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field
      - Minimum of three years of experience as a 911/Emergency Communications Telecommunicator
      - CPR certification must be obtained within six months of hire
      - Security Awareness certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire
      - DCI Certification - Module 1 must be obtained within six months of hire

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One year of experience as a Master/Senior level Telecommunicator
      - Familiarity with public safety CAD systems and scheduling software
      - Proficiency in statistical reporting and emergency communications systems configuration
      - Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments
