What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and document technical specifications
- Lead projects through their entire lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the People Technology stack, including Workday and Greenhouse
- Create and maintain test scripts and user guides to facilitate user adoption
- Communicate project statuses and updates to keep teams aligned on progress and milestones
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Systems Analyst, HRIS, or People Technology Project Management role
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to produce user-centric documentation
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficient in Workday, with hands-on experience navigating its functionality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with other HR systems, particularly Greenhouse or other Talent Acquisition technology
- Workday configuration experience is a plus
