- Combine art, technology, and data visualization best practices to simplify complex concepts and create visually communicative graphics, infographics, charts, and graphs that drive data-driven decision making.
- Create and distribute content for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to presentations, reports, executive summaries, newsletters, infographics, scripts, etc.
- Promote and cultivate the continuous improvement of visual design strategy, audience/user experience standards, brand guidelines, and aspirational visualizations.
- Identify communication challenges and devise actionable plans to enhance our storytelling approach.
- Educate and upskill others as appropriate enabling wider storytelling and communication design literacy and the development of basic skills.
- Business Storytelling Expertise: Proven experience in end-to-end visual storytelling, blending various story assets (text, images, audio, video) with the ability to tell a good story – weaving together strategy, empathy, data, and narrative to bring stories to life in a matrix organization.

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
