- Builds and/or executes business initiatives and/or processes, while partnering with stakeholders and partners
- Solves complex problems and delivers on business initiatives and processes by applying subject matter expertise and technical knowledge of the business
- Engages with key stakeholders, partners, and business leadership to deliver on business objectives
- Performs analytics, assessments, and/or interpretation of data and/or information to identify business opportunities, derive insights, and measure outcomes
- Develops strategic and tactical plans to drive progress towards business goals and objectives
- Works directly with Line of Business partners to gather information needed to identify and implement solutions that resolve critical business challenges and opportunities
- Establishes and implements a model for continuous process improvement by applying process engineering best practices and delivering reusable technology solutions
- Integrate business best practices and leverage technology to develop and deploy automated/revised solutions. Build action plans to identify pain points/variation and provides recommendations to drive continuous improvement
- Performs analytics, assessments, and/or interpretation of data and/or information to identify business opportunities, derive insights, and measure outcomes
- Leverages analytics and critical thinking to solve complex business problems and translate issues into structured design-oriented solutions with clearly defined business case benefits
- Implements complex solutions to address issues and risks, optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls, quality, and sustainability
- Evaluate OpEx routines across Global Operation and Enterprise, as well as routines with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication exists and feedback is solicited
- 10+ years of Process Design and/or Project Management experience
- Strong leaderships skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Executive presence and ability to lead meetings, including meetings with executive participants
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated success working in Matrix organization
- Understanding of BOA’s Risk Management Framework and Business Controls
- Proficient in problem analysis and solution design
- Strong partnership skills – build broad-based business relationships across the organization using influencing skills while demonstrating strong conflict resolution capabilities

This job is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and/or processes aligned to priorities within a functional area and/or business. Key responsibilities include defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and/or refining strategic initiatives and processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners.
Line of Business Job Description:
This role is part of the Global Operations, Initiative Management Team. The Process Design Consultant partners with business subject matter experts, Process Owners/Delegates, Change Management to provide / maintain an end to-end view of their processes, analyze impacts and data, challenge current state with a view at optimizing target state, support and highlight developed roadmaps, and contribute to the optimization of the organization through continuous improvement and process reengineering.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization, with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, and a process improvement mind-set with the ability to drive optimization. Directly supports the program's strategic direction, transformation efforts and process driven culture.
