We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Operations Lead to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will support and enhance the operational efficiency of the BizOps team, focusing on optimizing daily activities and driving performance improvements.
As a Business Operations Lead, you will engage closely with various stakeholders to identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues that are vital to the company’s strategic and operational success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and efficiency
You will need to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, stakeholder management, and robust program management capabilities to excel in this role.
Responsibilities:
· Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external business partners, collaborating across all functions to support Fujitsu Intelligence objectives
· Analyze business operations, processes, and performance metrics to identify and recommend areas for improvement and optimization
· Prepare and present insightful reports, findings, and recommendations to key stakeholders and the Leadership team
· Contribute to critical deliverables that support business goals
· Leading and mentoring a team of Operations personnel, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals
· Work closely with the marketing team to create and publish promotional content across the website and social media platforms
· Manage resource allocation and utilization, fostering optimal performance
· Provide data-driven insights to influence leadership decisions and strategies
· Monitor the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives, making necessary adjustments based on evaluation results
· Facilitate remote work initiatives and co-work office space management
· Coordinate hiring processes and support onboarding and offboarding activities
· Plan and execute team-building activities and events, managing everything from budget planning to logistical coordination
· Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
· Assist with ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting as needed
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of Business Operations
· Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively
· Capacity to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy while meeting tight deadlines
· Highly detail-oriented with solid time management, analytical, and data management abilities
· A positive attitude coupled with sound judgment and professional conduct
· Calm and composed demeanour to effectively handle shifting priorities
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
· Flexible mindset with a sense of humour
· Proficiency in Excel is essential, familiarity with Power BI is a plus
· Experience with SAP and Azure DevOps is a plus
