      Hourly base pay rate is $21.49 - $32.26/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

      Business Strategy/Analytics Co-Op

      We’re looking for a Business Strategy/Analytics Co-op to help us turn data into powerful business decisions. As an intern, you’ll gain valuable experience through a series of functional and market-based project assignments, specifically aligned to your area of study and aspirations.

      Qualifications For a Co-op:

      • Must be enrolled in a related degree program for all 3 Co-op rotations: Summer 2025, Spring 2026, Fall 2026
      • The first rotation is full time where 3-4 class hours are allowed. The 2nd and 3rd rotations have the possibility of being part- time while in school.

      • Analyze business situations, multiple subsets of data and problem solving.
      • Work on real business projects.
      • Build relationships and interacting with cross-functional teams, internal and external customers and key stakeholders.
      • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
      • Network with peers and professionals in the industry.

      Who You Are

      You want to do meaningful work with a team that cares about your success. You are also:

      • Currently enrolled at an accredited university and pursuing a bachelor’s in a related field.
      • Adaptable to changing situations.
      • An analytical thinker and skilled problem-solver.
      • An effective communicator with strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and online research.
      • Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
      • Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
