- confidence in data cleansing, pulling reports and audits from our child health system, Systm1 and other databases for managers, the wider Senior Leadership Team in Solent NHS and Commissioners. (training will be given)
- To carry out 1:1 supervisions and appraisals for your Team with support from your Line Manager
- Support clinical team with room bookings and general queries including production of any required resources.
- Manage appointment bookings, updating electronic record system and sending appointment letters following trust guidelines and targets.
- Attend required meetings, supporting with minute taking where appropriate, ensure accurate filing, recording and distribution.
- Responsible for signposting or dealing with queries arising from phone calls or direct contact.
- Be an integral link and point of contact between and for, your Business Support Lead/clinicians and their administration provision
- Alert your Business Support Lead of any incidents that require escalation.
- Assist with Subject Access Requests, retrieving notes from archiving or printing from electronic record system.
- Support with business contingency plans.
- Use and populate the electronic record system (Systm One) with accurate information regarding child health records on a daily basis, to include scanning and uploading information from other services in a timely manner.
- Follow agreed processes for dealing with emails on Outlook and nhs.net on a regular basis, prioritising both urgency and importance, taking responsibility for signposting or dealing with queries regarding issues arising.

Job summary
We are looking for a well organised and highly motivated part-time Business Support Administrator to join and support our 0-19 Integrated Public Health Service based primarily at the Adelaide Health Centre, on the Western Community Hospital Campus in Southampton.
Our 0-19 Integrated Public Health Service is made up of Health Visitors, School Nurses and various Southampton City Council partners who, all together provide an essential comprehensive support to all our children in Southampton City from birth to 19yrs. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is passionate about customer/patient experience with a can do attitude.
