About the Apprenticeship

Our Apprenticeship programmes have become well established over many years within our various sites in the UK, and we are proud to see the success and development of the employees who began their career on our apprenticeship programmes.

This Level 3 apprenticeship is designed to develop you over 18 months to reach a nationally recognised qualification in Business Support. On completion of the course you have the possibility to a higher lever apprenticeship or into a permanent position.

You will be based onsite 4 days per week with one day from home to focus on your studies.

What you will do

In this varied role you will be responsible for:

• Processing sales orders accurately following processes
• Responding to customers via telephone and email
• Handling and logging customer concerns
• Liaising with other teams within the organisation (production, warehousing, transport and distribution) to confirm the status of orders and resolve customer queries
• Producing data to contribute to key reports, as required

Who You Are

We would love to hear from you if you have;

• A passion for delivering strong customer service together with some experience in a customer focussed role
• Strong IT literacy, ideally with a working knowledge of Microsoft office products
• The ability to work well under pressure ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes tracked
• A logical and methodical approach to problem solving
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
