- Experience in the insurance field is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required
- A very good command of the English language is necessary.
- Very good communication skills are expected.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suites
- Proactive, flexible and demonstrate a keen willingness to assist fellow colleagues.
- Ability to meet deadlines, pay attention to detail and thrive in an environment that is always changing
- Excellent organizational and Multitasking skills
The Role
• Process Policies, Schedules and Endorsements on both Underwriting and Broker Systems and issuing all relevant documentation
• Enter data onto the system paying particular attention to detail
• Following up on diary items with Brokers/Underwriters
• Liaising with Your Team/Brokers/Underwriters on allocated queries and developing relationships with them
• Respond to allocated mail and queries from brokers on a daily basis
• Deal with brokers/Underwriters in a professional and friendly manner
• Ensure all messages are recorded and communicated in a clear and timely manner
• Assuming responsibility for project assignments as directed the Team Leader/ Operations Manager
