Accountabilities:
- Provide support to Executive and Senior directors, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and events, and scheduling complicated travel in line with AZ policy.
- Work collaboratively with Business Support colleagues to deliver a lean, consistent and professional global support service, including knowledge sharing and training within the team.
- Become an expert in using technology to efficiently complete tasks and propose technology-based solutions.
- Support projects under general guidance ensuring delivery of project outputs according to plan, reviewing and refining plans as necessary.
- Independently plan, organize, and schedule own workload, ensuring all activities are completed accurately and on time while using and developing best practices.
- Point of contact for SBD & CI new joiners/visitors to the Barcelona office.Essential Skills/Experience:
- Significant PA experience.
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English language.
- Experience in working in a fast-paced, cross-functional global environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication and networking skills.
- Proficiency working with Microsoft Office suite, and virtual meeting technologies.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong organizational, forward-planning and stakeholder management abilities.
- A high degree of personal credibility and professionalism when interfacing with organizations internal and external to AZ.Desirable Skills/Experience:
