- Manage a team of Administrative Assistants nationally
- Provide strategic reviews, changes to business coverage and proactive communication to business leadership to ensure support is appropriately aligned to business priorities
- Hire and develop top talent and manage the governance of core business processes
- Independently own all facets of the performance management process, recommendations to ensure all firm requirements are completed thoroughly and timely
- Proactively contribute thought leadership to improve the platform
- Drive and lead projects and initiatives for the Administrative Management team
- Preform Marketing Intake Tracking
- Professional leadership- excels at motivating both individuals and team performance. Fosters a diverse and inclusive team environment
- Application Skills- Strong presentations skills and fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Control orientation- Enforces a dynamic control/ compliance environment and continually mitigate risk in business processes
- Communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills- able to influence decisions and provide confident, organized, and clear messaging with all organizational levels
- Works with an appropriate level of independence to solve issues and escalates timely to the

In this role you will be responsible to lead a team of Executive Administrative staff nationally in support of a national business within Commercial Banking.
As a Business Support Associate within the Business Support Management Team, you will manage administrative staff to deliver on all business objectives and provide all aspects of the role including talent development, governance, day to day leadership, performance management and compensation. Additionally, you will work in close partnership with your global peers to ensure consistency of business practices and service delivery. Close partnerships with Recruiting, Employee Relations, Business Managers, and other related functional groups such as Marketing, Sponsorships and Donations teams, Technology etc.
