      Job Title: Business Support Manager
      Location: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Bristol, Birmingham, Cardiff, Leeds, or Manchester,
      Hours: Full Time
      Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involved spending at least two days per week (or 40% of your time) at one of our Hub Offices.

      If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Support Manager to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in translating our strategic blueprint into lasting design principles that support the Commercial Banking coverage business. You’ll work closely with a range of partners, ensuring data integrity, defining clear requirements, and using tools like Power BI to turn complex data into actionable insight. If you’re a proactive problem-solver with a drive for continuous improvement, we could be a great fit!

      Key Accountabilities:

      • Translation of blueprint into robust organisational design principles including Relationship Manager set sizes, regional coverage and sector focus.
      • Supporting data requests to enable data-led decisions.
      • Collaboration with colleagues across several areas to identify requirements and deliver insight.
      • Delivering own small-scale or medium-scale projects by working within an established programme management plan.

      What We Need From You?

      • Experience in an Analytics or MI team: Prior experience in a similar role where you've worked with large datasets and used tools like Power BI and Excel
      • Ability to interpret and handle sophisticated data efficiently: You'll need to produce high-quality information, analysis and research from large volumes of data.
      • Strong Commercial Awareness: You must have a deep understanding of the Business and Commercial Banking environment with a proven track record of using commercial insight to support effective decision making.
      • Effective communication skills: You must be confident in articulating complex data insights to multiple partners and ensure alignment with data security, records management, and governance rules.
