We are looking for a business support officer to join our communications and engagement directorate at NHS Kent and Medway.
You will need to enjoy working in a fast-paced, supportive environment and feel confident in being a pivotal contact point for a team responsible for: public and stakeholder engagement, working with the media, delivering campaigns, managing websites, social media channels and e-publications.
Hybrid Working Model - Office and home based
Main duties of the job
We need someone who can support our executive director and manage mailboxes, filing systems, databases and invoicing, alongside liaising with external suppliers, setting up meetings, booking venues and arranging technical support for events.

Work with partners to proactively manage relationships and key communications and engagement as part of the Integrated Care Partnership
To lead, with partners, public engagement (including public consultation) as required and patient experience to inform planning, improvements in our services and future design.
To lead internal communications, sharing and engaging on key messages and information, to ensure that all colleagues are well informed and able to influence and feedback.
To use communications and engagement to support making NHS Kent and Medway the best integrated care board in the country.
To develop the organisational ability to communicate and engage well, supporting training and development of colleagues.
