What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical and administrative support to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Prepare project management reports and meeting minutes, organizing all project documentation
- Proactively manage project-related issues to meet client requirements in a timely manner
- Assist in drafting RFPs, updating schedules and budgets, and producing monthly progress reports
- Coordinate meetings, transcribe punch lists, and track invoices while working with vendors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or at least three years of experience in facilities or construction
- Strong interpersonal abilities for interacting with executive-level clients
- High attention to detail and proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
- Capability to handle multi-tasking and travel independently at short notice
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Experience with project management technology, such as Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and production floor safety protocols
- Strong verbal and technical writing skills for effective communication with stakeholders
- Previous experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry
