What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Determine the scope of customer issues effectively and professionally
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and document all interactions
- Provide troubleshooting for ONTs, routers, and voice services
- Educate customers on setting up their customer portal accounts
- Perform on-call rotation duties and be available for overtime as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Experience in service-specific troubleshooting methods
- Responsible, self-motivated, organized, and a quick learner
- Analytical and logical problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A+ Certification
- Ability to guide and teach customers via phone
- Adaptability to change in a rapidly evolving environment
